Access Stats 1.12 - Erweitern | Perl/CGI Scripts

Hallo,

ich nutze für die Statistik meiner Webseite das Script "Access Stats 1.12" von http://www.proxy2.de

Leider wurde es nicht mehr weiterentwickelt und somit sind diverse Ausgaben von dem Script aus dem Log-File nicht mehr ganz aktuell.
Ich wollte es daher umschreiben bzw. erweitern, bin jedoch etwas gescheitert. Die Betriebssysteme konnte ich schon selbst erweitern, aber die Browser machen es mir schwer. Wer kann mir da helfen das zu erweitern?

Jetzt wäre es natürlich toll, wenn bei der Ausgabe (Beispiel: http://www.proxy2.de/demo/stat-demo.php') die neuen Browsertypen mit aufgelistet werden. Also der Firefox mit seinen Versionen und der Opera mit seinen Versionen.

Bin gespannt auf eure Vorschläge. Achja, das Script ist glaub ich Freeware oder OpenSource?! Jedenfalls steht da was von "GNU General Public License".
Na ist eh nur fürn Privatgebrauch.
